The Project Manager is in charge of the communication and process flow from post-sale through installation at all contact points for roofing and siding.  

Responsibilities

• To maintain standards and uniformity for all install sites including appearance and NEWPRO branding on vehicles, uniforms and job signage for all divisions.
• To be the point of contact for all installation benchmarks ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• To generate additional business by promoting referral program and add-on exclusive savings programs.
• To supervise post-install inspections to ensure 4 stars on guild quality surveys.
• To visit install sites to ensure standards and benchmarks are achieved.
• To report on mis-measures, mis-orders and re-orders and follow through resolutions to job completion.
• To be available to pull permits, measure jobs and attend to service calls.
• To assist Operations Managers in developing and managing the recruiting, on-boarding and training process for installers and service technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as a Project Manager
