Overview

NEWPRO, the inudstry leader in home renovations for 79 years, is seeking an Installation Operations Manager for or Window and Bath team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Company Directors to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, aligning with short-term and long-term goals.
  • Continuously assess performance metrics to ensure that team objectives align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance at all levels within the organization.
  • Oversee Installation of all bath and window projects.
  • Conduct random site visits with Project Managers to inspect project quality, identify deficiencies, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Work with the scheduling team to adjust installation schedules as needed due to installer availability.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and address them promptly.
  • Supervise time and attendance tracking, weekly and bi-weekly payroll execution, and payroll discrepancy resolution.
  • Provide oversight for project follow-up, safety compliance, receivables tracking, and training & orientation of the team.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams and HR business partners to ensure proper staffing based on projected sales plans.
  • Maintain open communication with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Field Measure staff.
  • Offer assistance to Project Team Leads to resolve project-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support in managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Installers to monitor progress and performance.
  • Manage daily revenue expectations and follow up on projects as needed.
  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate allocations and job cost disbursement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing labor and work order costs.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project team lead, operations manager, installation manager, or superintendent in a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, including project management and installation processes.
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must be customer service driven and dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to pass a background screening as required for the position.
  • Valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance, as some travel may be necessary for site visits and project coordination.
