NEWPRO Home Solutions is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team! We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive cross-functional initiatives that directly support our strategic goals. In this role, you’ll help shape how we execute major programs that serve our team and customers across the New England area.
As a Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of strategic projects and ensuring smooth execution across departments. You’ll align programs with business objectives, oversee project managers, manage resources and budgets, and serve as a key liaison between teams and executive leadership. Your ability to navigate complexity, manage risk, and communicate effectively will be critical to the success of each initiative.

3–5 years of experience in program or project management
A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority
Ability to align teams around a shared vision and drive accountability
Experience managing budgets, resources, and tracking KPIs
A strategic mindset and a passion for process improvement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to evolving initiatives
