Measurement Technician

About the Role:

• Perform the measurement with detailed dimensions and specifications for the ordering team, by going to customers’ homes and reviewing the job as outlined by the salesperson and checking for potential installation problems.
• Create a list of all materials so that the job may be properly staged in the warehouse.
• Review the contract with our customer.
• Review concerns with Project Manager and Operations Manager.
• Perform service work as needed.

What You Bring:

• Three to five years of door and window experience as an installer and/or carpenter. Must understand all product lines and know how to diagnose and correct service problems.
• Able to use various power and hand tools.
• Customer-first mindset with a high standard of professionalism.
• Must have a clean driving record and background check.
