Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven B2C Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our customer base, drive conversions, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across three brands to ensure that our marketing efforts are data-driven, scalable, and personalized.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design, build, and execute B2C marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop customer journeys, workflows, and automated touchpoints based on segmentation, behavior, and customer data.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and data teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of automated campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Use A/B testing, customer insights, and performance data to refine campaigns, improving conversion rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the analytics team to build reports and dashboards to track key KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to target the right audience with the right message at the right time.
- Leverage customer data to create highly personalized, data-driven marketing experiences that resonate with our audience.
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) to ensure it is fully optimized and integrated with other systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure proper data flow, and ensure automation systems are running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing automation, email marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tracking (Google Analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, data integration, and personalization strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing customer experiences and improving marketing ROI.
