NEWPRO Home Improvement Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, has exciting Inside Sales Agent positions open in their Wilmington, MA call center to support company growth, customer demand, and expanding territories. 

 

NEWPRO has been serving New England with home improvement solutions for over 75 years with coverage throughout MA, RI, NH, ME, CT and NY.

 

Summary: The Inside Sales Representative works directly with the Call Center Manager to engage prospective homeowners through a wide variety of lead sources. This job requires high volume outbound calls to customers through dialer, email, and text with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

 

  • At least 2 years of prior appointment setting experience, tele-marketing, call center experience, sales experience a plus!
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Highly initiative taking with ability to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Excellent relationship building and people skills.
  • High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients.
  • Education: HS. Diploma

 

Job Responsibility:

 

  • Receive prospect call from outbound dialer.
  • Deliver scripted product information to our prospective customers in a professional manner.
  • Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for sales staff.
  • Track and maintain customer database.
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm with all customers.
  • Achieve goals of approximately two hundred calls per day and six set appointments per day
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Call Center Manager
