Overview

NEWPRO THE INSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR

 

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of our inbound and outbound Call Center; under the guidance of the Director of Inside Sales. This position will ensure daily operations run according to company standards, ensuring that the calls are handled effectively, and goals are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure that agents are adhering to agent performance phone metrics.
  • Monitor calls and report findings for one-on-one training and employee development.
  • Manage daily performance reports for each market to ensure each market is achieving the call center goals.
  • Ensure Inside Sales Representatives are meeting optimized goals for call performance.
  • Gather weekly performance report per Inside Sales Representative; analyze weekly statistics and coach accordingly.
  • Review staff ADP timesheets and requests for time off.
  • Manage reward and recognition programs to drive performance.
  • Conduct meetings with Inside Sales Representatives on a one-on-one basis and role play the inbound/outbound scripts and objections/rebuttals to gain the highest quality appointments.
  • Conduct daily meetings to instill the priority of the call center is to provide a positive experience for every customer while meeting company expectations.
  • Monitor daily schedule in each market to ensure all appointments met.
  • Conduct themselves and coach others to exemplify NEWPRO Home Solutions Core Values to coworkers and customers.
  • Ensure that there is adequate coverage on the phones by building the Inside Sales Representatives schedule according to the Canvassing/Events schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center sales management experience needed. Preferably in the Home Improvement Industry.
  • Salesforce experience is a BIG Plus!
  • Outbound Dialer with appointment setting and inside sales experience preferred.
  • Home improvement call center management experience is ideal.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Encouraging and motivating the team to be their best!
  • Must be willing to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • The hours of operation are M-F 8am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9a-1pm.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Pre-employment background check
