NEWPRO Home Solutions, New England’s number one home remodeling company is searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Wrentham team, help lead our sales activities, and train to become a Sales Manager. We represent the finest brand names in the home remodeling industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train existing and new sales staff in sales and communication techniques.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train sales staff in reporting requirements and proper documentation of sales contracts, supporting documentation and customer communications.
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and develop sales forecasts.
  • Provide reports and sales data to division manager.
  • Ensure all sales staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Weekly sales meetings and training sessions, sales contests, development.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in home remodeling sales is required
  • A record of sales success, a desire and proven ability to develop your own advanced sales career is required
  • High School diploma/GED, college degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, experienced using CRM programs
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sales closing abilities
  • Experience training and supervising sales representatives a plus
  • Valid driver license


  • 2 years in-home sales experience - Required
  • Technologically proficient
