NEWPRO Home Improvement Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, has exciting Inside Sales Representative positions open in their Wilmington, MA call center to support company growth, customer demand, and expanding territories. 

 

NEWPRO has been serving New England with home improvement solutions for over 75 years with coverage throughout MA, RI, NH, ME, and CT.  

 

Our call center is the engine that drives our sales.  It is one of the most critical roles in our organization and is widely recognized throughout the industry as the best of the best! 

 

Enjoy our new centralized office and state-of-the-art technology as you set appointments with homeowners who are interested in a remodeling project for their homes! This position includes a base pay of $21 /hr for 1st shift and $22/hr for 2nd shift plus a commission bonus structure with a potential Earnings of $60,000 or more a year, plus a $2000 sign on bonus!  The call center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  

 

 

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

 

  • At least 2 years of prior appointment setting experience, tele-marketing, call center experience, sales experience a plus!
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Highly initiative taking with ability to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Excellent relationship building and people skills.
  • High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients.
  • Education: HS. Diploma

 

Responsibilities

  • Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants. 
  • Engage with customers who have requested more information on NEWPRO's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representatives.
  • Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition.
  • Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression.
  • Achieve goals of approximately two hundred calls per day and six set appointments per day
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Call Center Manager
