NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking energetic and motivated Full-Time Brand Ambassadors Team Leaders to join our marketing team.



About the Role:


The Brand Ambassador Team Lead is responsible for leading the efforts to promote the NEWPRO Home Solutions brand and creating positive customer experiences with the goal of increasing sales. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, be able to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is a full-time position and evening, and weekend availability is required.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of NEWPRO! Meet hundreds of homeowners and generate LEADS by offering appointments for our sales team to provide in-home product demonstrations and quotes. 
  • Contributing to our homeowner lead funnel for all our products from events to support individual office lead and sales goals. 
  • Lead engagements and interactions with homeowners demonstrating the features and benefits of our products with trained techniques, tools, and technology. 
  • Exceeding lead targets and goals with the help of your training supervisors 
  • Assist with a booth and display aesthetics to help keep our displays looking optimal and presentable for demonstration while at the event. 
  • Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
  • Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Event Marketing/Brand Ambassador experience required
  • Industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items.
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation.
  • Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Evening and weekend availability is mandatory
